Domestic Shipping (South Korea)
-Courier: Korea Post, CJ Logistics
-Delivery time: approximately 1 to 3 business days
(based on the shipment date, excluding weekends and holidays)
All products are made to order.
Production begins after the order is completed, and the average production period is approximately 7 to 14 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).
For products with size options,
the production period may take up to 3 weeks due to the nature of the manufacturing process.
※ Please note that the delivery time applies after the product has been completed and shipped.
The production period is not included in the delivery time.
-Shipping Fee: ₩3,000
-Free Shipping: Orders over ₩50,000
※ Additional fees may apply for Jeju Island and other remote areas.
International Shipping
-Courier: EMS Premium or DHL
-Production and Delivery Time: Production begins after the order is completed,
and the average production period is approximately 7 to 14 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).
For products with size options,
the production period may take up to 3 weeks due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is as follows.
EMS Premium: approximately 7 to 10 business days
DHL Standard: approximately 3 to 6 business days
DHL Express: approximately 2 to 4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
-Shipping Fee:
For orders under USD 300,
international shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination,
using EMS Premium or DHL Express.
For orders of USD 300 or more,
free DHL Standard international shipping is provided.
-Notes:
In some international regions, shipping may be restricted or
additional DHL regional surcharges may apply.
In such cases, customers will be contacted individually after placing an order.
※ Duties and taxes incurred during international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
※ Shipping delays due to customs inspections or local regulations are beyond our control.

-A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
-Certain items may experience delays depending on production schedules or stock availability.

-Once the shipment has begun, address changes cannot be made.
