Delivery
A. All Light and Shade pieces are made to order.
Production typically takes 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and items with size options such as bracelets or necklaces may take up to 3 weeks to complete.
Once production is finished, orders are shipped sequentially, and a tracking number will be sent via email upon dispatch.
A. Domestic orders are shipped via CJ Logistics, and international orders via DHL Express.

Payment & Taxes

Slight variations in surface texture or form may occur during the crafting process — these are intentional elements that reflect the design characteristics and production concept of each piece.
Due to the natural properties of gemstones, subtle differences in color tone, size, transparency, or hand-cut shape may also appear.
Such variations are not considered defects, but rather natural features that contribute to the unique beauty and expressive character of handcrafted jewelry.

Even within the same design, slight differences in color, shape, or size may occur — these are natural variations.
All stones are hand-cut, and subtle differences in the facets or angles may cause variations in how the light reflects and how the color appears.
Order / Modification

Order modifications are possible before production begins.
Please contact us as soon as possible via the chatbot or customer support email.
Once production has started, order cancellations are no longer available; however,
stone replacement or size adjustments may be possible depending on the production stage.
In such cases, we will review your request and confirm availability individually.

As production begins shortly after payment, order cancellations are generally not accepted.
However, if your cancellation request is received before production has started, our team will review it and notify you individually.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, only for unworn items.
However, exchanges and returns are not available in the following cases:
-security seal (return tag) has been removed or damaged
-damaged or stained due to customer mishandling
-made-to-order items (including custom sizes, engraving, or stone options)

As all Light and Shade pieces are made to order,
returns due to a change of mind are generally not accepted.
However, if the item is unworn, with the security seal (return tag) intact,
and the return request is made within 7 days of receipt,
it may be accepted upon inspection and approval.
In such cases, round-trip shipping costs will apply.

All Light and Shade pieces are carefully inspected at our studio before shipment.
Slight variations in surface texture, form, or traces of handcrafting are
intentional design details and part of the natural characteristics of handmade jewelry — they are not considered defects.
However, in the case of a structural issue or stone detachment,
we will offer an exchange for the same item.
Care & Warranty
A.
After each wear, gently wipe the surface with a soft polishing cloth to remove dust and oils.
For long-term storage, keep the piece in the provided pouch to minimize exposure to air.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, salt, or sulfur, as these may accelerate tarnishing.
If oxidation occurs, gently rub the surface with a dedicated silver polishing cloth to restore its shine.

All Light and Shade pieces are covered by a one-year complimentary repair warranty from the date of purchase.
Structural defects such as chain breakage or clasp malfunction
are eligible for free repair, provided they are not caused by customer mishandling.
However, issues such as damage from external impact, deformation, oxidation, plating wear, resizing, or re-plating
are subject to paid repair service.After the item is received,
we will inspect its condition and inform you of repair eligibility and estimated costs.
For paid repairs, round-trip shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
