Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
-The return-prevention tag (security seal) has been removed or damaged
-Damage, scratches, or contamination caused by customer negligence
-Made-to-order items (custom sizes, engraving, stone options, or any personalized pieces)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Craftsmanship & Material Characteristics
All Light and Shade pieces are crafted in small batches, not mass-produced.
Minor variations in surface texture, shape, or finish may occur during the handmade process. These characteristics are considered natural features of the design and production method—not defects.
Each piece is carefully inspected at our studio before shipment. Slight surface variations resulting from the crafting process and the natural properties of the materials do not qualify as defects.
Natural stones may also vary slightly in color tone, shape, or size. These variations are inherent to each stone’s unique nature and may differ even within the same product type.
Such characteristics are not grounds for returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
All returns must go through an approval process after inspection.

Returns are accepted only after prior approval.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions along with the designated return address and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain item types cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only when your request has been submitted and approved in advance.
Once approved, we will provide instructions to complete the exchange process.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, even if no defect is present.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
